Prints will be sent within 3-7 working days of receiving your order. Your print will be sent within a clear cello sleeve and a hard-backed envelope.
Chalkboards can take between 7-10 working days depending on the design and will be sent wrapped within corrugated paper.
Art commissions on paper a4 and a3 size will be sent the same way as the prints and any pastel work will be sprayed with a fixative.
Larger commissions on paper will be rolled and sent via cardboard tubing.
Canvas commissions will be wrapped in corrugated paper.
Sensory boxes will be sent in a protected box.
We will send a photo of all complete commissions for approval before they are released.
Everything will be sent using royal mail 1st class with any added requests.
We do not offer refunds but will do our best to correct any issues or concerns.
